What to expect ⬇️
✔ Restoration☀️ This getaway will leave you feeling rested and empowered by helping you unplug, get in nature, eat intuitively, and rest in the Lord.
✔ Connection👋 This retreat is meant to create lasting bonds with sisters in Christ that are all working on healing their relationship with food & growing with God.
✔ Healing❤️🩹 We'll deepen our exploration of honoring the body God's way and improving body image through seeing yourself how God sees you.
✔ Spiritual Practices🙏 We will be incorporating prayer, worship, communion, Scripture meditation as well as silence and solitude into our retreat programming.
Retreat Details ⬇️
🗓 Date: August 7-9, 2026.
📍Location: Culleoka, Tennessee (just outside of Nashville).
🏡 Retreat Center: Soul Care Retreat Center is a Christian Retreat Center!
🎟 Price: $500 total. Attendees can either pay in full or 2 payments of $250. All payments are non-refundable. Deadline to sign up is May 1.
✅ Included: the retreat price includes 2 nights of lodging, all food & drinks, transportation to & from the retreat center, retreat goodie bag, and additional resources.
🌎 Closest Airport: Nashville International Airport - BNA (flights are not included in retreat price).
🚗 Transportation: Abbie will help arrange transportation from the airport to the retreat center. Try to arrive to Nashville by 3pm CST on Friday and the retreat will conclude around 12pm CST on Sunday
