You’ll have a weekly challenge that aligns with that week’s healthy habit, and we’ll hold you accountable to it. Every Friday, you’ll receive an email with a few questions, asking how the weekly challenge went for you! And each week, we’ll be layering on the support and teachings over time. So that by the end of our 12 weeks together, you have a full tool box of healthy habits that you know how to weave into your impossible schedule!
